Carolina holds an MA in Cultural Studies and is deeply passionate about indigenous revitalization processes and rights. Since 2019, she has been dedicated to supporting and nurturing the Tactical Tech team. Carolina is a dedicated People and Operations Manager, overseeing the HR department and the entire employee lifecycle. She plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture by managing internal events, development opportunities, and employee well-being initiatives. Additionally, Carolina ensures the smooth operation of the organization by handling internal and external contracts, optimizing processes, and supporting overall business efficiency.
