Supercharged Human? Join us to ask the difficult questions about AI

Tactical Tech is looking for partners in Europe interested in hosting and scaling critical AI literacy interventions to build the capacity of teenagers and educators.

Open Call for partners: Critical AI Literacy interventions for teenagers

How can educators, parents, and caregivers navigate the increasingly AI-driven media and information landscape? How can they engage young people in meaningful conversations and strategies about AI, its possibilities, limits, and impacts?
Tactical Tech is leading a two-year initiative called Supercharged Human? that seeks to bring critical media and AI literacy resources to teens and educators across 12 European countries.
These resources include:
  • A multilingual playlist of curated and tested educational resources by Tactical Tech, Save the Children Italy, and Savoir Devenir (France)
  • A field guide for educators with insights and methods for a critical and human-centred AI literacy
  • An intergenerational toolkit for critical use of AI

Why an open call?

Schools, libraries, cultural centres, and youth-focused organisations play a crucial role in creating spaces for the honest and critical conversations we need.
This is why we are looking for partners who can use these resources to equip teens and educators with the knowledge and skills to navigate an AI-driven media and information ecosystem, and who are able to scale access to these resources within their countries.

Who can apply?

In order to be eligible for this partnership call, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Be a civil society organisation or institution working with youth on the broader topic of media and information literacy. This can include, but is not limited to, libraries, schools, youth centres, and cultural organisations.
  • Be based in one of the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, North Macedonia, Portugal, Slovenia, or Spain.
  • Be able to join online sessions with other partners and participate in training-of-trainers sessions between October and December 2026.
  • Have the capacity to host and facilitate at least six events or activities between January and June 2027.
  • Follow the project’s Child Safety and Safeguarding Policy.
