Jacopo Anderlini is a technologist working as a System and Operations Engineer to ensure the functioning and reliability of Tactical Tech’s digital autonomous and privacy-oriented infrastructure. He is also a researcher at the University of Parma, focusing on sociology of migration and asylum, border studies, and critical STS.

His interests are at the crossroad of several disciplines, questioning how technologies, in their practical implementation, on the one side shape the European governance (of borders and migration, asylum and so on), on the other side enable new forms of mobility, solidarity and alliances among different communities.

Areas of expertise: sustainable digital infrastructures, data security, European migration.
