Carolina is the People and Operations Manager at Tactical Tech.
With over 20 years of global experience spanning work, study, and volunteer
initiatives, she thrives on new challenges and cross-cultural engagement. Of
Italian-German heritage, she relocated to Berlin in 2012 through a University
of Venice scholarship—and has called it home ever since.

Pari Abbasli is a journalist and media enthusiast from Azerbaijan
with a background in journalism, media, and digital literacy. She holds a
Master’s degree in Media, Journalism, and Globalization from Aarhus University
(Denmark) and Charles University (Czechia), supported by the Erasmus Mundus
Journalism scholarship. Her academic journey has focused on totalitarianism,
digital storytelling, cultural globalization, and gender in journalism.

Marek Tuszynski
Marek Tuszynski, Executive Director and co-founder of Tactical Tech, is an artist, designer and curator working at
the intersection of technology and activism. Marek is also a filmmaker, producer, teacher and provocateur whose creative interventions span media from film and radio to television, books, exhibitions, public spaces and the web. Stephanie Hankey is a designer, technologist and activist who has

development and implementation of the organisation’s first global People

the development of an Integrity System for the global organisation.
