“At least someone cares about my privacy concerns and is taking the effort to explain it to me. It’s so important that people know about this stuff.”
By leaving feedback cards in The Glass Room, we managed to collect the public opinion of over 450 visitors. On these cards, visitors were asked to write down their emotions after experiencing the exhibition and any actions they were inspired to take as a result.
Close to 19,000 visitors came to the latest iteration of The Glass Room, a pop-up exhibition that used art to inform the general public about how technology is changing our lives.
In short, the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive with the vast majority of visitors going away with a heightened sense of awareness, and high percentage of those intending to take a tangible technology-based action.
