Accountability
We work hard to be a reliable organisation and partner, a good employer and to provide the best quality work to our audiences. Tactical Tech staff's behavior is guided by a set of principles and values defined in our Code of Conduct, whenever they are working for Tactical Tech or with a Tactical Tech project, when they are representing Tactical Tech at any work-related event or conference, and when they are dealing with our partner organisations on behalf of Tactical Tech.
We take the safety, security and wellbeing of our staff, consultants, partners and contractors very seriously and accept our duty of care towards those performing activities on our behalf as well as participants of activities or events organised by Tactical Tech.
Receiving feedback and responding to concerns is an important part of improving Tactical Tech’s accountability. Ensuring our stakeholders can hold us to account will improve the quality of our work in all areas.
We welcome people to raise concerns about the conduct of Tactical Tech and its staff by emailing us at conduct@tacticaltech.org
