Director of Finance and Resources

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding team and this new role is being created to help us manage the growing complexity of the organisation. It is a senior administrative, financial and resource management role. The Director of Finance and Resources will be responsible for ensuring sound financial and resource planning, for grants administration and human resources. They will work with the Executive Director on finance and funding planning and on identifying organisational development needs. They will collaborate closely with the Finance Manager and the Finance and Admin Assistant.

Candidates must have previous experience in a comparable small to medium sized NGO and strong financial skills and qualifications. Ideally they will also have significant project implementation and international NGO experience at a leadership level. This post will be based in Berlin, Germany and must be legally entitled to work in Germany.
